Organization Committee confirms participation and accepts entry fees at Park Inn Pulkovskaya hotel (Pobedy square, 1, ground floor) on March 7 from 10:00 till 23:00, March 8 from 9:00 til 13:00. Participants who pay entry fees before March, 8 9:30 a.m. are automatically included in pairing. For those, who pay the fee later, addtional pairing will be done.
